Our training programs are proven to get athletes results.   The plan will focus on strength development, increased power output, flexibility, and SPEED.    Consistency is the key to unlock real results. Our programs are sold as 10 week progressions.  We expect dedicated athletes that are disciplined to show up with a positive approach to training.

*All athletes must fill out a release form before attending any classes. All athletes under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for their first session.

College and Pro Athletes are the pinnacle of sports performance at Varsity House.  Our elite training programs are designed to get results fast.  This 4 to 5 day per week programs includes speed, strength, power, and skill development training on a weekly basis.  If you’re a high level high school senior,  college athlete or professional athlete, then this program will help take your game to another level.

Our high school program is a 2 or 3 day per week program combining speed and strength training for all levels of athletes.  Our coaches will teach proper speed mechanics and weight training techniques.  Varsity House will help prepare athletes for high school and beyond.  

 

The Varsity House Junior strength and consitioning program is a great way to outwork the competition and insure your athletes are ready for high school sports.  This developmental program will teach athletes the fundamentals of strength & conditioning.  Gain speed, strength, and confidence in this 2 or 3 day per week program.

 

Young athletes need special attention to detail.  This program is designed to help young athletes learn coordination and the basic fundamentals of speed, agility, and quickness.  This program includes basic calisthenics and performance training in a 1 or 2 day per week program. 

Our female program has helped develop some of the top female athletes in the country.  This 2 or 3 day per week program focuses on the specific needs of the female athlete; strength, power, speed, and injury prevention.  We have designed a specific program to help reduce ACL, Shoulder and other injuries.
