how do i become a member of team vh?

Getting started training at Varsity House is simple.  We will guide you through every step of the process!

Website timeline

STEP 1 - Enrollment

All athletes must enroll prior to the start of the training block. Open enrollment begins two weeks prior to the start of each block. Choose the appropriate group and time to secure your space.

STEP 2 - Education

The first two weeks of every training block are a critical step toward becoming a better athlete. Coaches will assess the athletes, and they will learn the proper mechanics to be successful on and off the field.

STEP 3 -Testing

The Testing Period provides our coaches and athletes with valuable feedback.  All athletes are tested in their third and final week of training.  Varsity House has designed a detailed testing protocol specific to the age, ability, and sport of each athlete.

STEP 4 - Performance

The Performance Period is the execution of your specific training plan.  During this time, you will train toward the goals set forth by our coaching staff.

Q – What happens if I miss open enrollment? Can I still sign up to train?
A – Yes. However, you will have to perform a private assessment with one of our coaches before you may join. 


Q – Is there a difference in price if I miss open enrollment? If so why?
A – Yes.  If you miss open enrollment you will pay a prorated weekly rate for the remainder of the training block.  


Q – If I miss a session can I make it up?
A – No.  Sessions are run as a series and offered only at specific times and therefore do not carry over from block to block.


Q – What do I need to bring to training?
A – A POSITIVE AND WINNING ATTITUDE, water/Gatorade, good training sneakers, proper gym apparel, and a signed release form if you are new to the gym.   Go to our website to download and sign your release from at HERE

College / Pro Athletes (ages 17+)

Varsity House Gym is the pioneer of the “HardCore” warehouse gym.  For years our College Prep Training Crew has become synonymous with RESULTS.  In just a few short weeks we can help take your game to another level.   Develop Speed, Strength, Power, and Performance.

This progression is designed for advanced high school and college athletes who want to be their very best. Our college program will take athletes through a scientifically periodized system of training, proven to be the best method for developing speed, strength, power, and endurance. This will absolutely give athletes the tools necessary to reach their best athletic potential whether you are a graduating high school standout or college All-American.

High-school Athletes (ages 15-18)

Our training programs are proven to get athletes results.   The plan will focus on strength development, increased power output, flexibility, and SPEED.    Consistency is the key to unlock real results. Our programs are sold as 13 week progressions.  We expect dedicated athletes that are disciplined to show up with a positive approach to training.

Junior Athletes (ages 12-14)

Our programs are sold as 10 week progressions.  We expect dedicated athletes that are disciplined to show up with a positive approach to training.
