Don’t Gain 10lbs On Vacation!

We go away and for some reason think it’s a free-for-all on food, drinks, and partying. We pay extra for all-inclusive and majority of us will take full advantage of it.

I get it, why not? I mean we are paying for it!

But nowhere does it say all-inclusive means eat ½ our body weight in crap and load up on the some of the sugariest alcoholic drinks out there.

Vacation needs to be a time to relax and let our bodies and minds escape all the stresses of our daily life. What’s more stressful then trying to squeeze back into those pants you wore on the plane ride there because you chose to put your health on hold while you were away?

Being on vacation is not an excuse to be unhealthy. It should be an excuse to feel and look our best. Who wants to come home from a great week off, 10+ pounds heavier, peeling sunburn, and bad skin from all the poor food choices and immobility? NOT ME! Come home bragging about your trip, bragging about your tan glow, and look your absolute best!

The main thing is make better choices! Pick better foods, and don’t fill up on alcohol. You end up wasting your vacation feeling bloated, uncomfortable, and hung over the next day.
