Going into the summer training almost daily, eating super healthy and boom then the summer barbecues, vacations, and down the shore trips happen. In the moment it’s awesome, but if you’re like me, you feel it come Labor Day. This 6WT, I’m focusing on righting the ship before the winter festivities begin! My goals are to be consistent and bringing effort to all my sessions.
Being a school teacher by day and a coach/trainer by night, I am constantly on the go. Everyone is busy, that’s not an excuse to eat poorly or live a lazy lifestyle! Some of the steps I’m taking to help be successful is planning out my training and meals for 6 to make sure I don’t miss a beat. Having a plan and making sure my food is prepped really makes it easy for me to stay focused and make the proper choices around temptations.
Lastly, it comes down to effort. Everyone has low energy days when they are tired, the weather sucks, or they just flat out don’t feel like training. This challenge, I’m going to give 100 percent of my effort to staying on task by not missing a work out or straying from my diet. With my consistency and effort I will drop 10 pounds, increase my lean muscle mass and decrease my body fat percentage. The next 6 weeks I am dedicated to making a change to an overall healthier lifestyle. This is my transformation.
