This two-day seminar focuses on our training philosophy with an emphasis on mental fortitude, exceeding and discarding self-imposed limitations and barriers. The program includes in-depth instruction on training your mind, recovery practices and our basic nutrition guidelines; in addition, it provides the foundation of our General Physical Preparedness (GPP) programming methodology. The seminar includes two hard workouts each day that focus on teamwork, overcoming self-doubt and breaking previous barriers.

Learn how to cater to both high-level athletes and adults alike, all while delivering the ultimate customer experience.  During your mentorship, you will sit in on team meetings, observe our classes, train with our athletes, sit on THE OWNERS HOTSEAT, and create your own vision/traction organizer for your gym.  Develop all the essential tools you need to build your own million-dollar business and become a true Strength Entrepreneur™.
