About The Program
Varsity House Gym has developed an off-season training program specifically designed to prepare current high school basketball players for the upcoming season.

Our unique basketball program combines the latest techniques in sports specific strength & conditioning. The program will focus on basic strength development, speed and agility training, flexibility, core training, and injury prevention. This program will absolutely help you reach your best athletic potential.

The success of any great team begins in the off-season through hard work and commitment. I hope you will join us in continueing to develop a winning culture for your team.

Meet Coach Adam

Coach Adam Menner is a head coach at Varsity House Gym and is quickly becoming recognized for his ability to develop basketball athlets. Adam has extensive experience in coaching basketball athletes and runs our Varsity Hoops program. Experiences include coaching the nationally recognized AAU team the NJ Road runners with hundreds of D1 athletes and all American players. Adam also assisted in the development of the Montclair State Men’ basketball strength and conditioning program where he graduated with a degree exercise science.

Before training at Varsity House Gym, all athletes must hand in a signed and dated release form waiver. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal parent or guardian complete the form. You will not be permitted on the training floor without a signed release form. You can download and print the release form HERE
