In Season Strength Program This in-season training cycle has been produced for coaches to administer in their respective high school gyms.  The plan is meant to be simple to read, coach, and explain.  This program has been designed for a standard high school weight room.   Although it’s nice to incorporate fancy equipment into training plans it’s absolutely not needed to get high school football players strong.   What you will find is a varying exercise index centered on basic strength movements incorporating both barbells and dumbbells.
