VARSITY HOUSE GYM has developed an off-season training program specifically designed for Lacrosse athletes. Using our proven training program, we have combined the latest techniques in LAX specific strength & conditioning. The program will focus on basic strength development, speed training, flexibility, rotational core training, and injury prevention. This program will absolutely help you reach your best athletic potential.

Before training at Varsity House Gym, all athletes must hand in a signed and dated release form waiver. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal parent or guardian complete the form.
