LOST 100 POUNDS!
Celeste began training with us during our 6 Week Transformation Challenge in 2013. In six short weeks she not only lost fat and gained muscle, but made the decision to make her fitness and nutrition a priority. Since then she has not only done the Transformation multiple times, she has also taken advantage of our SNAP Nutrition Program. She has completely transformed herself, losing over 18% body fat and gaining almost 10% lean muscle!

LOST OVER 40 POUNDS!
Rachel started training with us during our 6 Week Transformation in 2015. Since then she completely change her appearance and lifestyle. She now comes to class at least 6 days per week and has taken part in all of our programs offered at Varsity House!! She has exceeded expectations with a huge weight loss of nearly 40 pounds!
